We are changing things up a bit to make it easier for you to donate. We will take up one offering in each service and then each youth that participates in the 30 Hour Famine by fasting for the 30 hours will receive a portion of this offering as a credit towards their personal goal. Out group goal is $1,000.  Checks can be made payable to “Bluff City United Methodist Church’ with “30 Hour Famine” in the memo line.  Thank you for your monetary and prayerful support.

The youth are still taking orders for t-shirts! It was designed by our very own Joseph Tatham. T-shirts are $10. They are navy with white lettering. Please contact Camille Gray if you are interested in ordering one.

Dear Church Family,

Thank you so much for your prayers, calls, cards, and visits during my recent illness.  Your thoughtfulness is deeply appreciated.  I am feeling much better, and I look forward to seeing you soon.

Sunday, May 11, is Invite a Friend Sunday.  We would like each person who regularly attends worship to be praying specifically for someone and to invite them to come to worship that Sunday.  We will celebrate Invite a Friend Sunday the second Sunday of each  month.  Of course, you can invite a friend to come any time, but we hope you will make a special effort for Invite a Friend Sundays.
