News and Events for November 15

Today and next Sunday are our Commitment Sundays to Generosity . In our worship services, we will have the opportunity to consecrate our personal financial giving commitments for the coming year. You should have received a yellow Commitment Card in the mail. If you do not have it with you today, you will find a yellow Commitment Card as a bulletin insert. We invite you to prayerfully consider what your offering to God through our church will be in the coming year, fill out the Commitment Card, and bring it to the altar during the Offering in our worship service.

At our last Annual Conference, our delegates pledged that we would encourage each church member to give 10 hours of service this year to children in poverty in our community.  We hope that you are working toward that goal, and will encourage that in your Sunday School, Life Group, UMM, UMW, Circle of Faith, youth ministries, children’s ministries, etc.
