Wednesday night Children’s program remains the same, from 6:45 pm to 7:30 pm.

Volunteers are needed weekly to drive/ride in the van.  This is needed for Wednesday nights.  Our hopes are to have a rotation so that volunteers may only be needed once every month or two.  Per the Safe Sanctuary Policy, we need 2 adults for each week to arrive at the church by 5:30.  If you are interested, please let Taylor Lee know (423) 956-2919.  That you for all you do and your help is always appreciated.

Thank you for your gift to the General Board of Global Ministries through The Advance, the designated mission giving channel of The United Methodist Church.  We are pleased to share that 100 percent of your contribution will go to Ishe Anes Project for Underprivileged children.  Your gift is increasing literacy, employment opportunities, and improving health to reduce poverty in Zimbabwe.  It is because of generous gifts from people like  you that Global Ministries has been able to establish new congregations in communities outside the United States, urge our nation’s decision makers to end hunger, support projects that address issues of child poverty and violence, provide youth with the opportunity to spend their summer in mission service, and improve literacy levels in communities around the world.  These are just a sampling of the programs and ministries that gifts like yours make possible.  Thank you for giving so generously.

Roland Fernandes, General Treasurer
UMC General Board of Global Ministries
